I have addiction that runs in my family too and we are always going through the same things that you described above, even as I write this so Please know that You are not alone and it happens to many of us and until someone has lived this they sure do not understand it. I pray that one day they will all get well but that is all we can do for them. No matter how much we love them or how angry they make us We can not "fix" them, help them or make them listen.
